Yep, another adventure blog! That’s because it’s my blog and I’m all about it… ha! One of my resolutions this year is to shoot and post more personal work. I love sharing my business images- but I realized it had been nearly a year since I posted a fun look into what life is like when I’m not working!
I’m not super emo/gushy, but I will say that I am SO LUCKY to have a boyfriend who is such a fun friend that loves exploring the coast as much as I do. Hunter recently said “You know, they say hoe’s before bro’s, but really your hoe should be your best bro.” Haha! We have got a good thing going on. We have decided to go on one big adventure a week. This day we decided to put the canoe in a creek in Richmond Hill on an outgoing tide. It was so lovely! We floated down the river, past the Ford Plantation and then made a fun choice- instead of paddling back upriver against the tide we would follow the big river (the Ogeechee… that pours into the ocean!) to a friend’s dock that lives about half a mile from my house. We would walk to my house, get my car and then go back and get his adventure van (another story for another day lol). It worked like a charm! And we even got to stop over at a sand bar for treasure hunting! I got some awesome drift wood that I am going to get crafty with. To answer another impending question, yes… Hunter’s dog Banzai is a freaky little creature. He’s so funny looking he’s cute. What kind of dog is he? Hunter always answers “brown with white feet.” Or- “Part Master Splinter, part Ewok.” or “Hyena puppy.” He loves adventures as much as we do! Not even kidding… being on the water and exploring sand bars is my most happy of happy places. I don’t think I could have created a life better suited to my dreams!
