I was absolutely thrilled when Tabitha asked me to join her for her husband’s homecoming at Hunter Army Airfield. It was such an exciting night. The hangar was filled with people who hadn’t seen loved ones in quite some time and the anticipation of it was killer. People dressed up, holding signs, the doors slowly opening as the loved ones marched in and then the frenzy of finding “their people” when given command was such a rush! I felt so special to be able to help welcome Wesley home. I hope to do this again soon!
